Guess I will be first person to start a Sims related thread?
In this thread you can show your TS4 Lots you have completed or are working on, or show us images of your worlds and basically let us see your creativity! Perhaps have discussion about them too...
I will start by posting and discussing my Newcrest.
Currently, Newcrest is still 'WIP' and much work need be done still. A few of the lots are TS1 lot recreations, as there are few others in the other game worlds too. I have (re)created these because my game takes place during a time between events of TS1 and TS2 and Bustin' Out, which means canonically these lots would still exist and not redeveloped yet. Also explains why no Sim owns a car.
On the farthest top of screen you see many small bungalow style houses. These houses range from 38k or 54k and are ideal for smaller families and single adults. Mimi and Mom Landgraab will be occupying separate houses of their own in this area.
On the right you see mix of style of houses. I not really familiar with all what the names for these styles are, but houses here are more expensive houses usually reserve for more established families, as these lots seemingly cost between 90k to 146k. These houses are all two story and have spacious back yard.
On the bottom is entertainment district. Currently only Wrensday's Museum and Petite Park Pool and Newcrest Park are located there. My plans are to add bar/restaurant once I get more familiar with Dine Out features, and retail store specializing probably in both clothing and furniture. The EAxis restaurant shown near top will be demolished and likely replace with dance club/lounge type thing.
